Wanted an MP3 for my little girl, went against my better judgement and got the "Hello Kitty" device instead of a plain one because she likes Hello Kitty. The device would not stay connected to my computer--it was recognized but kept losing connection. Could not load files on it. The enclosed software failed to work with the device--error message said it failed verification. Tried with different batteries, different USB cables. Utter junk... a complete waste of time.
